You already know that our mission is to provide equal opportunities for everyone, regardless of their background or previous experience.
⚽️ Through our Tempo de Futebol project, we hold a series of football tournaments on 328 football fields provided by the municipalities of the cities of the State of Ceará, selecting the most promising players between the ages of 14 and 19.
📝 Each region is served by teams that include:
• two operators;
• a scout;
• a doctor;
• two police officers;
• a technical analyst;
• an assistant to take football metrics.
This allows us to thoroughly evaluate each player and ensure a safe and efficient process.
📣Our team has already visited more than 25 cities, and we don't plan to stop only in Brazil! In the future, selections will be held worldwide so that every talented football player has a chance!
