1. Why don’t balances match?
Because three different display systems are currently operating:
• On-chain wallet
• Limitless backend
• OTC interface
They synchronize at different speeds and use different data sources.
2. When will everything be synchronized?
After the current OTC data migration and cleanup phase is completed.
The system is now in a “data reconciliation” phase.
3. Why does it look like nodes are not generating profit?
Nodes have not stopped.
A part of the rewards is temporarily being held until pool synchronization is finalized.
4. How do I know when balances are final?
When your balance matches:
• in your wallet
• in Limitless
• in OTC
and when the system officially confirms the final synchronization.
BLOCK 2. Champions & Legends Pools
5. Exact number of tokens in the pools?
It will be published after the final closure of the Breakage Pool calculation.
6. When will distribution happen?
After the OTC preparation phase is completed.
7. How will tokens be distributed and released?
The team is considering a vesting model to avoid strong market pressure.
Final conditions will be announced in a dedicated update.
8. Where can I check my participation?
After the structure recalculation and Breakage Pool closure, a section will appear in BoostyFi where everyone can see their status, shares and participation in Champions/Legends.
BLOCK 3. OTC Launch
9. When does OTC start?
OTC does not “launch” in one day.
It is being activated gradually in phases.
Currently: technical stabilization and internal trading process tuning.
10. Should I place sell orders now?
It’s recommended to wait for a stable OTC window to avoid transaction errors or freezes.
11. Will there be an OTC roadmap?
After stabilization is completed, the team plans structured updates about OTC.
12. Will there be any priority queue?
All processes will take place under equal conditions of the P2P market.
BLOCK 4. Buyback / OTC technical issues
13. Why does buyback not work for some users?
Due to temporary instability in the integration between OTC Web3 modules and wallets, plus security protections against incorrect or double transactions.
14. Is this a bug or a security limit?
It is a combination of security restrictions and system fine-tuning, not just a “broken button”.
15. Is Ledger mandatory?
Ledger is not mandatory.
16. Where to write if buyback doesn’t work?
For all OTC and buyback issues, contact Limitless / OTC support and also forward to your personal manager.
BLOCK 5. Support
17. Why is there no auto-reply from support anymore?
Because the ticket system is currently being restructured and part of automated replies are disabled.
18. How long does it take to get a response?
On average 3–10 business days, depending on request complexity and load.
To improve communication, personal managers and Telegram support groups were activated.
Please contact them directly.
19. When should I write again?
If there’s no response after 7 business days, or if new information appears (transactions, screenshots, etc.).
20. What is the priority support channel?
The official BoostyFi Support Desk, duplicated through your assigned manager.
BLOCK 6. Wallets & Security
21. Can I use multiple wallets in one MetaMask?
Technically yes, but for structures and teams, separate profiles are safer to avoid synchronization errors.
22. Should I use different browser profiles?
Yes, especially if managing multiple accounts or structures.
23. How to manage multiple wallets safely?
Use separate browser profiles or devices for each structure and use cold storage for main funds.
24. Is there an official security guide?
The team is considering preparing one and publishing it through official project channels.
BLOCK 7. Full user pathway
25. How does the path from Limitless to OTC look?
Tron Wallet / EVM Wallet → connection to APM Limitless → country selection → data synchronization → access to OTC.
26. What steps are mandatory?
A connected wallet, access to APM Limitless and completion of required procedures on that platform.
27. Which instructions are outdated?
All instructions prior to the global system restructuring in Spring 2025 are considered outdated.
28. Where will the updated official guide be?
It will be published through official pinned community channels.

29. How will fiat withdrawals work?
Through licensed fintech providers integrated with the OTC system.
30. Which payment providers will be used?
Depends on the user’s region and local regulatory requirements.
31. Does withdrawal differ by country?
Yes, due to differences in regulations, banking systems and compliance rules.

32. Why are not all referrals visible in BoostyFi?
Due to synchronization delays between the registration system and referral module.
33. How long does referral data update take?
Usually up to 48 hours, longer during high load periods.
34. Why are some ranks incorrect?
Due to current structure recalculation and data synchronization.
35. How often are ranks updated?
Currently in planned cycles, later updates will be more frequent.
36. Where to write if structure data is wrong?
To BoostyFi Support with your account ID and proof screenshots. Also forward to your personal manager.

37. Why is ATLA price falling?
ATLA price decline is linked not only to the general crypto market correction and liquidity reduction, but also to a transition phase where supply temporarily exceeds demand.
When Bitcoin enters a correction, altcoins usually fall even more due to lower liquidity and emotional investor behavior — this is normal market dynamics, not a sign of project failure.
