2. OTC — Sell Priorities & Liquidity Rules
2.1 — Priority structure
As outlined:
• Champions & Legends
• Boostify sellers
• Regular users
The exact allocation model will be decided together with the Legends, Jeremy, Edward and the team.
I will NOT allocate a single dollar until we discuss it together in this group.
2.2 — Do Champions/Legends always sell first at $5?
No.That applies only within this specific fund deal structure.
2.3 — Liquidity allocated for $5 sales
The final distribution percentage will be determined collectively, after the first tranche arrives.
Whatever percentages we set — someone will be unhappy.
But your collective opinion matters, so we decide together.
2.4 — Does Boostify activity impact liquidity access?
Yes. More Boostify sales → more trades → more liquidity flowing into OTC.
Boostify directly fuels OTC.
2.5 — Order of execution for regular users
Lowest price sells first.
Standard market rule.
2.6 — Liquidity refill rules
• Daily from Boostify
• Immediately after each fund deposit
• Boostify sales → OTC refill
We aim for daily updates.
Publishing a fixed schedule will happen later — after confirming the first fund transaction.
2.7 — OTC pricing logic
Always buys from lowest price first.
This supports the project’s burn strategy (more tokens burned).
Fixed-price rounds are possible if we have buyers willing to purchase at set levels.
How $5 fund deals interact:
Example: Fund buys at $5 → OTC buys tokens at lower prices →
1 token goes into liquidity pool, the rest are burned.
This is how we execute large-scale burn mechanics.
3.5 — Outstanding issues
• Sub-wallets show identical balances → forwarded to tech team
• Balances not updating → tech team
• Multiple accounts connection issues → tech team
• Rank Page instability → should stabilize after Monday’s update
• Ranks cannot be completed → not a priority until OTC is finalized
7. Boostify, JGGL, Sales Structure & Liquidity
7.1 — What % of Boostify/JGGL sales go into OTC?
• From ATLA token sales:
50% of the revenue goes to the OTC platform as liquidity.
• From JGGL token sales:
0% goes to OTC.
Reason:
We made a conscious decision to separate Blockchain Sports and JGGL in terms of token flows.
The community clearly signaled they don’t like mixing everything into one bucket.
So:
• Everything that happens inside JGGL stays within JGGL.
• JGGL will not send direct commission to OTC.
• Instead, JGGL will drive marketing and traffic for ATLA, increasing trading volume and visibility for ATLA.
7.2 — Liquidity distribution logic (three pools)
Liquidity will be distributed between three main groups, as mentioned earlier:
1. Legends & Champions
2. Boostify team / active sellers
3. Regular users
Exact percentages will be decided together with the Legends and core leadership, after the first major liquidity tranche arrives.
7.3 — Does team structure affect access to liquidity?
On the market side everything is very simple:
Who sells cheaper — sells first.
So in terms of OTC execution:
• Order books are price-driven.
• The cheaper the sell order, the higher the execution priority.
Team structure doesn’t “override” this basic market rule.
