How to get a legitimate manager to help you — step-by-step
Go to the comments in this channel and ask for help.
Wait until the admin replies. You will know it's the admin by the light gray label "admin" in the top right corner of their message. This might take a bit, but this is the best way to stay safe.
The admin will give you a manager's username that starts with @. Click the username. That will start a dialogue. Only communicate within this dialogue.
Verify the manager through our official verification bot: @JGGLSTAFFBOT. This is the only official bot.
Important warning
If you ask for help in the comments or in the chat and someone contacts you first in private messages offering help — it is a SCAMMER.
Even if they say:
“Here is our bot, you can verify me”.
We never message you first and we never start new dialogues.
How to check if your manager is legitimate
Check how your conversation on Telegram started. Who wrote first? If that's not you, you are dealing with a scammer.
We may only contact you first through official email addresses ending with @jggl.ai, and from support@boostyfi.com (make sure to double-check the spelling).
The ground rule is — we never message first.
What you may share with a manager
We will NEVER send you a wallet address to transfer funds to.
If anyone does, it’s a scam.
We will NEVER send you banking details.
If you don’t see the details directly inside CoinZoom, TygaPay, or another exchange — do NOT trust them.
We will NEVER ask for sensitive wallet information, including:
• 12-word seed / recovery phrase
• Private key / Keystore
⚠️ Anyone asking for this is 100% a scammer.
✅ The ONLY information you may ever be asked to share:
▪️ your TronLink wallet address
▪️ your BoostyFi username
