Tokens purchased on the BoostyFi platform are significantly cheaper than their market price on exchanges, therefore these tokens have a clamping period and a vesting period. During the cliff period, the tokens are locked. During vesting, they gradually become available. After the cliff ends and vesting begins, you will be able to transfer your tokens to a personal wallet (for example, MetaMask) or to an exchange (for example, MEXC).They prevent sharp sell-offs and help ensure long-term token stability.
Cliff — this is a lockup period during which your tokens are completely frozen and unavailable for withdrawal. Think of it as a waiting period. Vesting — this is a gradual unlock period that begins after the cliff ends. Each month, a certain percentage of your tokens becomes available for withdrawal. For example: if the cliff ends on August 17th and the vesting period is 24 months, then starting from August 17th, 4.16% of your tokens will be unlocked each month.
