How to Connect SWAPPER to Your BCS Arena Account
We got a lot of questions about this, so here’s the full walkthrough. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.
SWAPPER is a third-party partner service integrated directly into Arena. It connects to your Arena Points balance and lets you move your AP into SWAPPER’s system, where you can convert them to ATLA and manage them through SWAPPER’s own tools.
📍 Step 1 — Open your balance on Arena
Log into your Arena account. Go to the “Balance” section and find the “Arena Points” block. You’ll see your current AP balance and a “Go to” button below it. Tap it.
📍 Step 2 — Read and accept the disclaimer
Before redirecting you to SWAPPER, Arena will show a disclaimer explaining that everything after this point is handled by a third party. Read it, accept the terms, and tap “Continue” — you’ll be redirected to SWAPPER.
📍 Step 3 — Register on SWAPPER and create your passkey
Once you land on SWAPPER, create an account. The service will ask you to set up a passkey — you can confirm it with Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a physical security key. Keep it saved somewhere safe.
📍 Step 4 — Copy your connection key
Inside SWAPPER, go to the “Arena Points” section and find the “Connect Arena” option. SWAPPER will generate a unique connection code (looks like ARN-XXXXXXX). It has a 10-minute timer, so copy it right away by tapping “Copy code”.
📍 Step 5 — Go back to Arena and find “Connections”
Return to Arena. Open your profile and navigate to the “Connections” tab. You’ll see “External connections” with a “+ Add service” button. Tap it.
📍 Step 6 — Paste the code and confirm
In the window that opens, paste the code you copied from SWAPPER and hit “Confirm”. You’ll see a green checkmark and a message: “External service added”.
Arena and SWAPPER are now linked — your Arena Points can be accessed and processed through SWAPPER from your dashboard.
